You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
  • Exceed published rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute API data without permission

5. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has defined rate limits. We may throttle or suspend access if usage patterns negatively affect the Service for other users.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data but make no guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
